Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names and details, checking passport validity, and meeting visa, health and entry requirements.
Airlines, hotels, insurers and other suppliers apply their own fare rules, cancellation terms and service conditions. These will be communicated where applicable.
Charges depend on supplier rules and may include service fees. Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
We will assist where reasonably possible, but events outside our control—including schedule changes, weather, border restrictions and supplier decisions—may affect travel.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
